Europa Capital is pleased to announce its latest round of promotions as it continues to raise and invest capital for real estate equity and debt strategies. In particular, James Fortescue and Hugo Black have become Partners in Europa Capital Partners LLP. James focuses on the Benelux and offices, industrial and retail warehouses in the U.K. with Hugo’s focus being on corporates, the Nordics and U.K. residential and shopping centres.
In addition, Jonathan Mansie, James Pennington and Carolyn Medwynter were promoted to Director. Dipen Patel, Gergely Koos-Hutas and George Minns were promoted to Associate Director and Will Hughes was promoted to Associate.
