Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, announces that it has promoted a total of nine individuals across the business, including Lynn Smith who has been promoted from Director to Managing Director, whilst also retaining the title of Head of Sustainability & Development.
A further eight promotions, which span the asset & portfolio management, origination & acquisitions, and finance functions of the business, include:

Bernard Mercier –to Associate Director, Originations & Acquisitions
Tom Kellow –to Associate Director, Finance & Tax (Product)
Henrietta Phillips –to Associate Director, Asset & Portfolio Management
Ben Tubbs –to Associate Director, Originations & Acquisitions
