Europa, a pioneer in pan-European real estate investment, announces the appointment of Gemma Skeath as Managing Director, Head of Legal and Compliance.
Based in London, Gemma is a key senior hire and will be responsible for heading up the legal and compliance functions at Europa, as well as providing legal counsel and support for all business products and strategies.
Gemma brings over a decade of legal experience and joins from Goldman Sachs International where she spent nearly seven years, most latterly as Executive Director and Senior Counsel. During this time, Gemma was the lead lawyer for the EMEA real estate private equity investing team. Prior to that, Gemma worked at DLA Piper, a global law firm.
