Europa Capital and St Congar have completed on the corporate sale of the 50% owned interest in Aston Clinton to Consolidated Investments Limited for £11.0 million. The 74-acre greenfield site was owned in joint venture with Inland Homes, and secured a resolution to grant planning consent for 400 residential units in December 2016.
