Europa Capital LLP is pleased to announce a major letting at its Tour Vista office tower in Puteaux, Paris. Europa acquired this 15,778 sq. metre modern 22 storey office tower in July this year. The new tenant, Econocom SAS – a leading European provider of services for integrating and financing digital solutions – has signed a lease for three floors in the property, a total of 2,154 sq. metres (together with 60 parking spaces) and will be taking occupation in early December 2013. Tour Vista is now more than 90% leased.
Nic Fox, Partner at Europa Capital and head of investment for France commented: “Our business plan for this investment is underway and includes upgrades and improvements to the property, in particular to the common areas, that support the lease-up programme aimed at stabilising the asset. This early letting, which was in line with our target economic terms, demonstrates the attractiveness of the property to the occupier; a modern office tower with efficient layout and a unique position on the edge of La Defense, providing tenants with uninterrupted and extensive views across Paris.”
