Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, announces that it has bolstered its asset management team with the appointment of Jeremy Bullock as Managing Director, Asset & Portfolio Management.
Based in London, Jeremy will oversee asset management initiatives predominantly in the UK but also across Europe, including lettings, refurbishment, change of use and development, to deliver investment performance and create value on behalf of Europa Capital’s investors.
Jeremy brings over 25 years of portfolio and asset management experience having worked in several roles across private equity and real estate. He joins after seven years at Tristan Capital Partners where he was a Director, Portfolio and Asset Management, responsible for value creation in the UK portfolio across value add and core plus funds with a focus on retail warehouse parks; multi let office buildings and business parks; logistics assets; shopping centres; and industrial estates.
Prior to joining Tristan Capital Partners, Jeremy was a Director at AEW LLP, having previously spent nine years at CIT Group.
Jeremy is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham City (Trent) University.
Rob Sim, Managing Partner at Europa Capital, commented: “Jeremy’s appointment is the second strategic hire we have made in quick succession following the appointment of Emilie Bouthors as a Managing Director in Paris earlier this month. Jeremy is a well regarded operator who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in asset and portfolio management, and will further strengthen our senior management team as we continue to evolve Europa Capital as a multi-disciplinary business. His expertise will be highly complementary to our long and impressive track record of creating value for clients. I look forward to working with him and welcoming him to our team.”
Jeremy Bullock added: “Europa Capital is a business which I know well and have admired for a number of years. The team has a track record for delivering strong value add performance and, more recently, for evolving the business into new sectors and additional investment product types. I am looking forward to joining the team at this exciting time, building on the momentum achieved to date.”
Since 1999, Europa Capital has raised five pan-European value-add funds, which comprise its flagship fund series. Europa Fund VI, which was launched in 2019, has raised €590 million to date.
