Europa Capital concluded a very busy and successful year of transactions totaling close to €1.5 billion, including disposals worth €1.2 billion. Europa Capital’s Europa Fund IV, which closed to investors in 2014 having secured commitments in excess of €600 million ($740m), has substantially progressed its investment strategy and completed €300 million of acquisitions.
Key deals this year have included:
March 2014: Disposal of a new 58,000 sq. metre shopping centre in Poznan, Poland, to ECE and a private equity fund

Jason Oram, Partner at Europa Capital said:
“This year has seen Europa increase further its transactional activity, which also reflects the continued and improving investor appetite for European real estate. In 2015, we will continue to source interesting investment opportunities, where Europa’s real estate experience will enable it to create value in an increasingly competitive environment.”
