Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, announces that it has promoted both Will Hughes and Nick Temperley to Associate Director in addition to three other promotions in the team.
Will Hughes joined the business in 2015 from Grosvenor Group and sits in the Acquisitions team. During his time with the business, he has played a crucial role in securing investments across continental Europe on behalf of Europa Capital’s value add and core diversified income investment strategies. Will holds an under-graduate BSc (hons) in Real Estate from Reading University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Nick has also been with the business for four years and is responsible for project management and fund structuring in Europa Capital’s Investor Relations team. Nick started his career at real estate research and forecasting consultancy, PMA, before moving to the equity capital markets team at Tishman Speyer. Nick has a BA in Economics and Politics from Exeter University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Reading University. He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum.
Additionally, Sasha Batica and Jamie Williams have been promoted to Senior Associate in Investor Relations and IT respectively, whilst Angus Farquharson has been promoted to the role of Associate in Acquisitions.
