Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, announces that it has promoted Helen Muir to Partner and promoted a further four members of the team in response to the continued growth of the business.
Helen’s primary focus will be the administration of existing Europa Capital funds and supporting new product development and investment strategies. Helen will work alongside Kevin D’Arcy, Partner and Head of Product Finance & Legal, who will continue to be responsible for risk management and the oversight of all financial, legal and administrative workstreams.
Helen joined Europa Capital as a fund accountant in 2008 from private equity firm MidOcean Partners and was promoted in 2013 to Fund Controller. Helen is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and in 2006 received a distinction in the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The City Law School, London.
Helen’s promotion is one of several promotions, which will strengthen the Europa Capital team across various levels of the business. These include:
