Europa Capital has sold a plot of land known as Poezji IV to VIII on behalf of Europa Fund II, a 25,975 sqm site in the Warsaw suburb of Wawer which is located 17 km south of the city centre. The site, which is zoned for residential development, was sold to local Polish developer, Eko Developments Polska. The price was PLN 8.4m.
