Peter Cluff has informed the Partners of Europa Capital of his intention to retire from the company.
Peter who is a Principal, co-founder and member of the Investment Committee of Europa Capital, has been with the group for 16 years. Kevin D’Arcy has assumed Peter’s former responsibilities for fund administration and compliance and Richard Collins had, some time ago, become Chief Operating Officer. Europa’s Investment Committee has recently been expanded to include five senior members of the management team who joined the partnership in 2011.
Peter will remain with the company for the next three months to ensure a smooth handover.
Noel Manns, Principal of Europa Capital, said: “We will all miss Peter enormously, but fully respect his decision to retire and thank him for everything that he has contributed in his sixteen years with the group.”
