Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, confirms that it has exchanged contracts for the sale of Media Park in Hilversum near Amsterdam to Pinnacle. The financial terms of the transaction are confidential.
Media Park, which is 95% let, is the centre of the media industry in the Netherlands comprising 155,746 sq m of TV and radio studios, pre and post production facilities, offices and storage space.
CBRE represented Europa Capital on the sale.
