Spektrum Tower has added another amenity to the building with the opening of the CityFit gym at the start of June. The reputable chain of CityFit fitness clubs occupies almost 3,000 sq. meters on the first two levels of the building. The gym, which is equipped with the newest machines on the market, is independently accessible and is the largest gym by floor area in central Warsaw. Access to the facility is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for both those who work in the building as well as external members.
The innovative fitness area was opened on 2 June. This is the first CityFit club in Warsaw and the second one in Poland. CityFit is also the first gym in Warsaw open for 24 hours.
“We are very pleased with the opening of the first CityFit club in Warsaw with the perfect location in the central business district. We offer Warsaw citizens and building occupiers a modern fitness area with flexible membership rules, competitive prices and modern top or the range equipment.” – says Piotr Szczepanek, Marketing Manager for CityFit.
Following its extensive refurbishment, Spektrum Tower seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle for occupiers and visitors alike. To support this, a Veturilo bike station has been installed adjacent to the main entrance, a sheltered storage area for privately owned bikes is also available as well as changing facilities with showers on the ground floor.
“The presence of CityFit in the SPEKTRUM Tower is a perfect and a very serious benefit for occupiers wanted to rent space in this modernized building. No other office block in the city centre can offer a fitness club of a similar size and available for 24 hours. CityFit will attract people from the outside and it will serve as a perfect training base for those who work here.” – says Christian Fojtl, Executive Director for WX Management Services sp. z o.o.
“The addition of CityFit to Spektrum Tower is a welcome amenity on our doorstep which our employees are looking forward to using in an already great building. With the introduction of new restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we couldn’t be more pleased with having selected Spektrum Tower as a base from which to conduct our Polish HQ business operations.” – says Tom Lisiecki, Managing Director for TriGranit Development Polska.
