SAUVAGE.TV leads the pack of creative brands locating to 22@North
Europa, a pioneer in pan-European real estate investment, announces that it has let the 4th floor of dmoura1, its recently completed prime office building in Barcelona, Spain, to SAUVAGE.TV, a multi-award-winning creative production house.
SAUVAGE.TV, whose creative work has included campaigns for Nike, Coca-Cola and Adidas, has signed a five-year lease across the 4th floor, which also includes a large outside terrace, in what is the first letting at dmoura1. Negotiations are progressing across the remaining space.
dmoura1 comprises c. 11,600 sq m of highly flexible office space arranged over 10 floors, with outside terraces, two below-ground floors for car parking as well as 138 bicycle parking spaces.
The property is Wired Score Platinum and is targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum which are the highest possible scores in the three most recognised certifications in wellness, environmental and technology credentials.
Situated in 22@North, one of Barcelona’s major business districts and creative destinations, the local area offers a number of attractive amenities and excellent transport links including the nearby La Sagrera train station which connects the district regionally, nationally and internationally via high-speed AVE trains.
