GRESB
Europa has participated in the annual GRESB benchmarking process since 2014, providing comparable and reliable data on the performance of our investments. In 2023 three of our funds achieved 5-star ratings.
NET ZERO REPORTS
Europa has prepared “A Pathway to Net Zero Carbon”, including a commitment to be Net Zero Carbon (NZC) well ahead of 2050. We are committed to be part of the solution and are reviewing next steps to deliver this commitment.
ESG STATEMENTS AND POLICY
Europa supports environmentally responsible policies and procedures and is a UN-PRI signatory. We have a robust Environmental Management System (EMS) and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) policies in place that aligned to investing in and managing real estate investments across Europe.
